The Emperor was honest and knew he couldn't do anything... Of course taken that Masaki is dead... because otherwise we can't be sure of the way he'd react! Just saying... Jun was also an amazing man for being there for the man he loved without feeling any hatred for Masaki... but that's why he deserves him so much, right?! ;) As you said they both deserved happiness and they've got it! ^^
Ohmiya are together to start over! I think that Nino saying that decided to move on and be 100% devoted to the man that this Aniki of the past has become at the moment!
And Sakuraiba finally are free! Guilt would always be there since they both had a connection with the Emperor who happened not to be a 'bad' person but luckily now they're able to be together! Everyone fought in their own way...
