I'm sorry for not dropping my comment on the first part. But I must say, I LOVE the plot. It gives 'Hope in the darkness' vibe and I like the fact that Sho gives effort to break Aiba's wall for both of them. The way they support each other is inspiring. And I like that the three unusual doctors treat them more like friends than plain doctor-patient-relationship.

Anyway, I just love this! XD I'm curious to know how their life will turn out after this since they have chosen a new path for themselves :)
