Invitation to Dinner

Nino looked at himself in the mirror with a satisfied smile. In a black pair of trousers and his favorite V-neck shirt, he looked just perfect. He had tested the effect it had on the man who would ring his bell in less than ten minutes. He styled his hair with the help of some gel and put on his jacket. Normally, he wouldn’t care how he’d look. He had checked it many times that it was easier to remain unnoticed, even if you walked around Shibuya that way but tonight, it was their fourteenth anniversary and he had to look great. He didn’t enjoy anything more than having the pair of the sleepy eyes he loved so much becoming alive and more awake than ever; and all that for him.

He checked his watch for the fourth time. He was anticipating. Yes… He usually was a-stay-at-home person which had been the reason of him being the receiver of teasing comments on TV numerous times but that didn’t mean he didn’t like going out. The games were most certainly not his favorite hobby. His favorite hobby required the participation of someone else… someone with chubby cheeks and beautiful hands… Nino smiled when he heard the sound of the doorbell. This someone else had arrived.

 

He opened the door, making sure he looked sexy. He had leaned against the frame door, his lips curved into a playful smirk only to gasp when he realized that in front of him there wasn’t the pair of sleepy eyes that were looking at him but some plain, round ones that belonged to a delivery guy. It was then that he heard his phone buzzing in the pocket of his trousers. When he saw the text, he growled under his breath before getting out of the apartment and locking the door with his keys.

“If you haven’t noticed, I haven’t ordered Chinese… Excuse me…”

Once he was out of the luxurious building, he saw the green taxi waiting a couple of meters away.

“Finally!” his boyfriend exclaimed happily but Nino said nothing. He sat next to him making sure the other would take notice of his pout.

“C’mon, Kazu…” the other tried to take a hold of his hand in a way that the driver wouldn’t take notice but Nino pushed it away.

“You could have come up to my apartment, you know!” Nino whispered, obviously irritated, in his boyfriend’s ear.

“But it would take us more time…” the other whispered back.

Nino turned on his right and raised an eyebrow. “And you didn’t want the taxi to cost more, am I right, Ohno-san?”

Satoshi cleared his throat. “Well… that as well… but… the reservation…”

“You don’t have a car. Yet you insisted on being the one to pick me up tonight…” Nino whispered as he leaned closer. “A gentleman is someone who offers the whole package!”

Nino wanted to say more but he couldn’t when he felt the beautiful hands of his boyfriend ghosting on his nape. “But tonight, I am offering the whole package!”

A shiver ran down Nino’s spine… The other did have a point there. Nino only threw a quick glance at the driver before placing his hand on Satoshi’s thigh, dangerously close to his crotch. “Can’t wait!” he winked at him playfully before sitting properly on the taxi, his gaze following the lights and the other cars with a smile that reflected satisfaction. Tonight, he would be able to take his favorite hobby to another level… But a bear with empty stomach can’t dance… I hope that the restaurant he has chosen is good…

The waiter opened the wine they had ordered and poured some in their glasses. Nino frowned for a second when he saw him standing there as if he was waiting for something. He took the glass and tasted it, wanting to giggle when he saw Satoshi copying his moves. He asked for the waiter to serve them and finally they could have some privacy.

The table had the finest tablecloth, the finest china, the finest dishes; everything was luxurious. He could tell that the candles in the middle was Satoshi’s special order since no other table had any. He didn’t say anything but his heart was beating faster only at the thought of the other having taken care of such details. When he had said on TV that he loved leaving the date planning to his partner, he wasn’t lying. He was someone who liked to be spoiled and this man in front of him had many imperfections but he always knew how to make him feel as the center of the world and he couldn’t refuse; he loved it.

“Are you enjoying yourself, Kazu?” Satoshi’s voice was reflecting warmth and love, making Nino smile widely.

“Yes… Everything is perfect, Toshi…!”

The older man raised the glass he was holding in the air. “To our anniversary!”

“To our anniversary!” Nino said along, enjoying the way the glass sounded in the private room they were at the moment.

Forty minutes later, they had finished the bottle of wine along with the dishes and desserts they had ordered.

“What do you say we now go back to show you what my full package consists of?” Satoshi asked with a smirk as he rested his elbows on the table.

Nino could only nod as he licked his lower lip. Was it the wine? Was it the way Satoshi’s leg was playing with his underneath the table? Nino couldn’t tell with certainty but he was feeling hot and by every minute passing by, he was feeling even hotter.

“Will you pay with credit card or perhaps you prefer cash?”

Nino was still smiling, lost in his dirty thoughts when he realized that among Satoshi’s words there was the word ‘credit card’.

“What do you mean?” his eyes suddenly narrowing.

“For your part. Will you pay on cash or with cr-” Satoshi didn’t have the chance to finish his question when he saw an angry Nino standing up from his seat, ready to leave.

“You invited me to dinner, you pay!”

“What?! But we always share the cost!”

“Yes! When we order a double Cheeseburger with fries and coke! It was you who made the reservation, you who arranged candles, it’s you who will pay!”

“But it’s too expensive! And don’t forget that I paid for the taxi and I’ll pay it again!”

“And then they call me stingy…! You should have taken a driving license! Not my fault!”

“Kazu…” Satoshi caught his boyfriend’s arm in hope to reason him. “Please…”

“I spoke!”

“Very well… You may forget about my whole package then!” Satoshi whispered right on Nino’s lips that immediately curved into a smirk.

“That’s negotiable!”

Satoshi raised his eyebrow. “It’s either that or this. Your decision!”

Nino was staring deeply into his boyfriend’s eyes before sighing. “Fine…”

“Ok, then. Now, be a good boy and wait for me till I pay!” Satoshi said in a low voice as he helped Nino wear back his jacket. “Your cute ass better be prepared because it will be a long night…”

Nino folded his hands in front of his chest as he saw Satoshi walking away with the waiter that was the responsible for them.

“I’d say it’s you who should be a good boy and follow my instructions, tonight…” Nino licked his lower lip feeling waves of pleasure filling his body, the hint of smirk, he had till then, becoming bigger. “Can’t wait to see you tied on my bed, your perfect body being flushed, covered with sweat, your eyes looking at me dark and lustful while you’re whining like a kitty, begging for her master’s attention... I want to see you completely surrendered and you will surrender, my Toshi… I’ll make sure you will!”
